In accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, CEI ensures non-discrimination.

CEI maintains certifications as an DBE, MBE, RSB. SBE, and EDGE certified firm with the State of Ohio, Northern Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council, GCRTA, ODOT, Ohio Turnpike Commission, and more.

CEI maintains a registered GST/HSTaccount in Canda and adheres to E-Verify.

Field Services Leaders are OSHA 30 certified while Field Techs are minimally OSHA 10 certified with training in confined spaces, DOT driving, flagging, CPR, and ongoing safety practices. All operations are compliant with state DOT, Canada’s Traffic Control Manual, and MUTCD standards

CEI maintains a Certificate of Good Standing with the Secretary of State along with office locations in Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington.
